Hj. Abd Mutalib is the Group Head of Commercial Finance businesses, also the CEO of Shoraka Global Capital Sdn Bhd. He graduated with MBA from Drake University, Iowa, USA. He also holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Illinois State University, USA. Hj Mutalib has more than 30 years of experiences in automotive parts manufacturing, general insurance and commercial banking. He served in various capacities at Maybank, Shell (M) Sdn. Bhd. and a JV setup between Proton, EON and a Swedish Multinational Corporation, prior to setting up his own business in automotive.

He joined Shoraka Group of companies with impressive set of track record and is instrumental, together with Zulkeflee, in setting up and pioneering the Islamic Finance venture under the Group.
